小脑桥脑角区及岩斜区的临床断层解剖学研究

摘　　要：目的 :观测与岩骨轴向垂直的小脑桥脑角区和岩斜区的断层解剖结构 ,为该区的手术显露提供解剖学资料。方法 :用 5具 (共 10侧 )福尔马林固定的新鲜成人尸头 ,取与岩骨轴向相垂直的乳突内侧缘、茎突内侧缘、颈内动脉外口内侧缘和岩尖内侧缘等颅底外标记点 ,做成小脑桥脑角区和岩斜区的若干断面 ,然后在 8× 4 0倍的手术显微镜下观测其断面形态及毗邻结构。结果 :获得上述解剖标记处的小脑桥脑角区和岩斜区的断层照片及相关解剖结构的测量数据。结论 :此项解剖学研究联系临床实际 ,为临床手术设计和应用提供了一个新的视角和方法。Objective:This study was conducted to observe the typical sectional structure of cerebellopontine angle and petroclival region.Methods:Ten cerebellopontine angles and petroclival region sections from 5 fresh adult cadavric heads fixed in formalin were provided for this study,We chose exterior skull base signs,such as mastoid process,styloid process,external aperture of carotid canal and apex of the petrous,and designed some vertical sections of the petrous axis,then examined 8×40 magnification with surgical microscope to observe the structure of cerebellopontine angle and petroclival region.Results:We obtained a few digital photos of sections of cerebellopontine angle and petroclival region which would provide a kind of brand-new detailed morphology and many important data of anatomic structure.Conclusion:This anatomical research might embody a theoretical principle into a clinical practice It's a new view and method for clinical operation design and practice.
