摘 要:目的 :对血链球菌全菌细胞和培养上清液的抗牙周可疑致病菌的作用进行研究。方法 :分别采用常规打孔法和微量琼脂糖弥散法测定血链球菌全菌细胞和培养上清液的抗菌活性。结果 :血链球菌JFr菌株全菌细胞菌悬液对中间普氏菌、牙龈卟啉单胞菌和具核梭杆菌的生长均有抑制作用。血链球菌培养上清液未见抑菌活性。丧失α -溶血能力的血链球菌变异株无这种抑菌作用。血链球菌JFr菌株对中间普氏菌临床分离株 2 1- 3的生长产生抑制作用的同时可见 β -溶血反应。 结论 :血链球菌与牙周可疑致病菌之间的作用是相当复杂的 。AIM:To investigate the antagonistic effect of S.sanguis suspension and supernatant on putative periodontal pathogens.METHODS:The technique described by Sabine(1963) was used to study the antagonistic effect of S.sanguis strain JFr suspension.Agarose gel diffusion method was used to identify the inhibitory activity of the supernatant.RESULTS:The suspension of S.sanguis strain JFr inhibited the growth of the tested pathogens.The supernatant exerted no inhibitory cativity.The antagonistic action of a mutant of S.sanguis strain JFr has dramatically decreased when it has no α-hemolytic effect.But when the α-hemolysis appeared again ,the reverse mutant of S.sanguis strain JFr regained its inhibitory activity.When cultured with p.intermedia 21-3 on BHI blood agar plate. S.sanguis strain JFr displayed β-hemolysis.CONCLUSION:The interaction between Streptococcus Sanguis and putative periodontal pathogens is complex.In different conditions,the mechanisms and results are different.
