摘 要:作者采用一次性口服^(15)N甘氨酸,观察9例矮小儿童于注射生长激素前后的蛋白代谢情况。结果表明生长激素缺乏症儿童原蛋白合成速度和^(15)N潴留能力低,注射GH后显著增高;体质性生长延缓儿童原蛋白合成速度和^(15)N潴留能力不低,用生长激素后无明显变化。15N-glycine in a single oral dose was used to study the protein metabolism in 9 short children. On the basis of their serum GH responses to L-dopa and clonidine provocative tests, the patients were divided into two groups: GH deficiency (GHD, n = 5) and constitutional growth delay (CGD, n = 4). The mean 24 h renal excretion of 15N in patients with GHD was 38.29±7.50% of the tracer dose. It decreased to 18.53±3.80% after two injections of 0-2 IU/kg r-hGH (P<0.01). Patients with CGD had 16N excretion of 17.74±2.85%, which did not change in response to r-hGH. The mean protein synthesis rate in GHD patients was low, and it increased from 3.19±0.43 to 4.57±0.28 g/kg/d after GH injection. In CGD group no change in protein synthesis rate was observed after r-hGH. This method facilitates studying the effects of GH on protein metabolism.
