中药赞育延生饮对生精障碍大鼠的治疗作用

摘　　要：目的　观察中药赞育延生饮对生精障碍大鼠的治疗作用。　方法　选用SD大鼠 ,灌胃腺嘌呤造成肾阳虚生精障碍模型。造模后 ,中药组大鼠每日给予中药赞育延生饮 (zanyuyanshengyin ,ZYYSY) 5 4g kg体重 ,西药组给克罗米芬 13 5mg kg体重 ,模型组不予任何治疗 ,连续 1个月。用酶联免疫法测血清睾酮值 ,用TUNEL法测生精细胞凋亡率 ,用免疫组织化学法研究生精细胞的增殖率和Bcl 2、Bax表达率。　结果　中药治疗组大鼠血睾酮水平明显升高 ,精子数量增多 ,生精细胞增殖率上升 ,凋亡率下降 ,与模型组相比有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1)。　结论　中药赞育延生饮治疗大鼠生精功能障碍有效。Objective To observe the effect of Chinese medicine zanyuyanshengyin(ZYYSY)on spermatogenesis disturbance of rats. Methods Forty SD rats about 250*!g weight were used and randomly divided into 4 groups.1.Normal control group:normal SD rats without given any treatment;2.Model group:spermatogenesis disturbance models were obtained by being bred adenosine(200*!mg/kg·d,30*!d);3.Positive control group:clomiphene was used after the models were formed[13^5mg/(kg5d),30d];4.ZYYSY group:ZYYSY was administered after the models were formed(5.4*!g/kg·d,30*!d).Each group has 10 rats.Blood was collected and the testosterone level was measured by enzyme immunoassay,testes were fixed in Bouin solution,embedded in paraffin and sliced as usual.Microscopy,TUNEL and immunohistochemistry were applied in this study. Results The testosterone level of the ZYYSY group obviously increased,the positive cell rate of PCNA also increased and the positive cell rate of apoptosis decreased.Compared with the model group,the results have significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The Chinese medicine ZYYSY is effective for the spermatogenesis disturbance.
