摘　　要：目的 :观察血小板衍化生长因子 (platelet-derivedgrowthfactor,PDGF)受体在人牙髓组织中的表达和分布情况 ,探讨PDGF在牙髓组织中的作用。方法 :制备人牙髓组织标本 ,采用免疫组织化学方法观察PDGFβ受体在人牙髓组织中的表达与分布情况。 结果 :在人牙髓组织中的牙髓细胞、微血管内皮细胞表达PDGFβ受体。 结论 :在正常牙髓组织中牙髓细胞、微血管内皮细胞表达PDGFβ受体 ,提示PDGF有可能在牙髓组织的生长、发育等正常生理过程和创伤修复过程中起着重要的作用。AIM: To investigate the expression of receptor of platelet-derived growth factor(PDGF) and the role of PDGF in human pulp.METHODS: The specimens of human pulp were prepared.Immunohistochemical staining was used to analysis the expression of PDGF receptor β in human plup tissue. RESULTS: The expression of PDGF receptor β was detected in pulp cells and microvascular endothelial cells in human pulp tissue.CONCLUSION: These results revealed that PDGF may play an important role in pulp growing and developing and wound healing processes.
