摘  要:目的 :评价ObturaⅡ热熔牙胶系统充填后根尖部的微渗漏。方法 :6 0个离体下颌第一前磨牙随机分为 3组 ,用Profile器械预备根管至 0 6 / # 2 5后给予不同处理 :A组用ObturaⅡ热熔牙胶系统充填 ;B组常规充填氧化锌丁香油糊剂加牙胶尖 ;C组不充填 ,作为阴性对照。各组牙齿在墨水中浸泡 7d后 ,测量染色线长度 ,检测各组的微渗漏情况。结果 :A组染色线的中位数长度为 1.370mm ,与B组 (4.15 5mm ,P <0 .0 0 1)、C组(7.78mm ,P <0 .0 0 1)差异显著。结论 :用ObturaⅡ系统充填时 ,热熔牙胶的根管封闭性能良好。AIM: To detect the apical microleakage after filled with Gutta-percha by Obtura Ⅱ system. METHODS: 60 retracted first mandibular premolars were randomly divided into 3 groups.After prepared with Profile system,group A was filled with heated Gutta-percha by high temperature thermoplasticized injectable obturation techniques,group B with zinc oxide-eugenol paste+gutta-percha regularly.Group C was not filled as negative control.After dyeing for 7 days in the ink,dyeing lines were measured to reflect the microleakage of different obturated materials. RESULTS: Dyeing lines of group A had a median length of 1.370 mm,which was significantly different to that of group B(4.155 mm,P <0.001) and group C(7.78 mm,P <0.001). CONCLUSION: The Obtura Ⅱ system had good obturation quality.
