抗龋IgY牙膏对大鼠口腔病原菌影响的扫描电镜观察

摘　　要：目的 :观察抗龋IgY牙膏对大鼠口腔病原菌的影响。方法 :选健康大白鼠 10只 ,于牙齿表面涂抹抗龋IgY牙膏 ,2次 /d ,对照组牙齿表面不涂牙膏 ,1周后取磨牙作扫描电子显微镜观察。结果 :对照组大鼠牙齿表面有散在病原菌 ,窝沟和龈沟内有大量病原菌或菌斑。实验组牙齿表面基本无菌 ,窝沟和龈沟内菌量明显减少 ,未见菌斑。结论 :抗龋IgY牙膏可明显抑制大鼠口腔病原菌生长和菌斑形成。AIM: To observe the influence of anticarious IgY-toothpaste to the pathogenic bacteria in mouth of rat. METHODS: The anticarious IgY-toothpaste was smeared to the teeth surface of rats two times everyday,but not to the teeth surface of rats in the control group.One week later the molar was retracted and observed under electron microscope. RESULTS:In the control group,there were scattered pathogenic bacteria on the teeth surface and bacterial plaque and great deal pathogenic bacteria in the teeth fissure and gingival sulcus.The pathogenic bacteria decreased obviously and no bacterial plaque in the teeth fissure and gingival sulcus in the experimental group. CONCLUSION: Anticarious IgY-toothpaste showed effectiveness of inhibiting growth of pathogenic bacteria and formation of bacterial plaque.
