抗龋IgY牙膏对大鼠牙龈黏膜表面变形链球菌的影响

摘　　要：目的 :观察含抗龋IgY的牙膏对牙龈黏膜和牙齿表面变形链球菌的影响。方法 :将含抗龋IgY的牙膏涂于大白鼠的牙龈和牙齿表面 ,或涂牙膏后再涂变形链球菌 ,数天后取材 ,作光镜和电镜检查。结果 :涂抗龋IgY牙膏后 ,大白鼠牙龈黏膜和牙齿表面细菌明显减少 ;涂牙膏后 ,再涂变形链球菌 ,菌量也减少。结论 :抗龋IgY牙膏对变形链球菌有一定的抑制作用和防黏附作用 ,具有防龋效果。AIM: To observe the influence of IgY toothpaste to Streptococcus mutans in the surface of gum and teeth of rats. METHODS: The IgY toothpaste was smeared to the gum and teeth surface of rat,and in addition smeared with Streptococcus mutans .Specimens of gum and teeth were taken few days later,and eramined under the light and electron microscope. RESULTS: The germs of gum and tooth surface decreased obviously after smearing IgY toothpaste.The germs also reduced after inoculated Streptococcus mutans followed by smearing the toothpaste. CONCLUSION:The IgY toothpaste showed effectiveness of inhibition to the growth of Streptococcus mutans and to prevent adherence of germs to gum and teeth.
