抗龋IgY和IgY牙膏对体外培养变形链球菌影响的电镜观察

摘　　要：目的 :观察抗龋IgY和IgY牙膏对变形链球菌超微结构的影响 ,为探讨IgY的防龋机制提供形态学资料。方法 :体外厌氧培养变形链球菌 ,用不同浓度抗龋IgY和IgY牙膏处理菌细胞 ,并对培养出的菌细胞做透射电镜和扫描电镜观察。结果 :①透射电镜。经抗龋IgY处理的变形链球菌 ,细胞壁不完整 ,细胞壁最外层荚膜溶解消失 ;经IgY牙膏处理的变形链球菌除上述变化外 ,部分菌细胞结构破坏 ,菌体溶解。②扫描电镜。经抗龋IgY处理的变形链球菌 ,其长链菌减少 ,菌体表面光滑。结论 :抗龋IgY可导致变形链球菌细胞壁损伤。由于细胞壁具有的黏附作用丧失 ,导致菌体黏附牙面的能力下降和菌斑形成减少 ,从而达到抗龋作用 ;IgY牙膏膏体中的成分可能对菌细胞有破坏作用。AIM: To observe the influence of anticarious IgY and IgY toothpaste to the cultured Streptococcus utans . METHODS: Cultured Streptococcus mutans treated with different concentrations of anticarious IgY and IgY toothpaste was observed by transmission electron microscope(TEM) and scaning electron microscope(SEM). RESULTS: ①TEM.The cell wall was intact in control group.The capsule of cell wall was dissolved in anticarious IgY group.In IgY toothpaste group some cells was dissolved,othor than the above changes.②SEM.The cell of long chain reduced and the cellular surface was smooth. CONCLUSION: Anticarious IgY could lead to the loss of the cell capsule of Streptococcus mutans ,influences the adhesive effect and produces the anticarious effects.Some components of IgY toothpaste may be the causation of damage to Streptococcus mutans .
