摘　　要：目的 :评估血清免疫抑制酸性蛋白 (IAP)与肺癌 (LC)发生的相关性。方法 :应用单向免疫琼脂扩散法检测 3 0例LC患者、3 0位家族成员 (FM )和 3 0位正常健康人 (NS)血清IAP水平。结果 :发现3 0例LC患者血清IAP水平 (848± 2 14 )μg/mL与NS(2 88± 110 )μg/mL比较差异有统计学意义 ,P <0 0 1,FM组 (60 3±2 0 8) μg/mL与NS组比较差异有统计学意义 ,P <0 0 1。结论 :IAP水平的改变可能与LC发生相关 ,且IAP检测可被用于LC易患个体的筛选。OBJECTIVE:To evaluate the relationship between IAP and carcinogenesis of lung cancer (LC).METHODS:By using single immunodiffusion method, serum levels of IAP were determined in 30 patients with LC,30 cases of their familiar members (FM) and 30 normal subjects (NS).RESULTS:Serum levels of IAP in patients with LC were (848±214)μg/mL,levels of IAP in normal subjects were (288±110)μg/mL,and there was a significant difference between them, P <0 01.There was also a statistical difference in serum levels of IAP between FM in which the levels were (603±208) μg/mL and NS, P <0 01.CONCLUSIONS:IAP may probably be associated with carcinogenesis of LC.The changes of IAP may be served as an indictor of diagnosis for susceptible individuals of LC.
