中药消增合剂对28例乳腺癌患者伴发的消化道症状的治疗作用

摘　　要：为研究中药消增合剂对乳腺癌患者伴发的消化道症状的治疗作用 ,在 2 8例乳腺癌患者连续服用消增合剂10d后 ,观察其伴发的消化道症状的临床变化。结果示 ,恶心 14例中治愈 2例 ,好转 7例 ,有效率为 64 2 8% (9/14 ) ;食欲不振 2 0例中治愈 4例 ,好转 7例 ,有效率为 5 5 0 0 % (11/2 0 ) ;呃逆 5例中治愈 1例 ,好转 3例 ,有效率为 4/5 ;口干或口苦 9例中治愈 0例 ,好转 5例 ,有效率为 5 /9;功能性腹部疼痛 11例中治愈 1例 ,好转 3例 ,有效率为 3 6 3 6%(4 /11) ;乏力 18例中治愈 2例 ,好转 8例 ,有效率为 5 5 5 5 % (10 /18)。初步观察结果提示 ,中药消增合剂对乳腺癌伴发的消化道症状有较好的治疗作用 。The purpose is to study the therapeutic effect of Xiaozengheji on alimentary canal symptoms in breast cancer patients.Xiaozengheji was administered continuously for ten days to twenty eight breast cancer patients orally.The clinical changes of alimentary canal symptoms in patients were observed.In all patients with alimentary canal symptoms, those with nausea were fourteen cases,two patients were cured,seven improved,and the effective rate was 64 28%(9/14); in twenty patients with poor appetite,four were cured,seven improved, and the effective rate was 55 0%(11/20); in five persons with eructation, one patient was cured, three improved, and the effective rate was 4/5; in nine patients with xerostomia or bitter taste, no one was cured, five improved,and the effective rate was 5/9;in eleven patients with functional abdominal pain,one was cured, three were improved,and the effective rate was 36 36%(4/11); in eighteen patients with hypodynamia symptom, two were cured, eight improved,and the effective rate was 55 5%(10/18).In conclusion,premilinary results suggest that the traditional Chinese medicine Xiaozengheji has good therapeutic effect on alimentary canal symptoms in breast cancer patients and is worthy of the application.
