摘　　要：采用阳离子载体将肿瘤治疗基因送入靶细胞中表达 ,须经历体内传递、穿过细胞膜、细胞内传递、细胞内表达等多个步骤。当前研究表明 ,阳离子载体在此过程中面临一系列独特的问题 ,对这些问题的研究与解决大大推动了对阳离子载体的认识与应用。A series of problems were met in the procedure of delivering tumor therapeutic genes into cells using cationic polymers as vectors,current studies have provided sorts of solutions and greatly developed the practical characters of cationic polymers,and confer good understanding on these vectors.
