摘　　要：目的:观察EC胶+明胶海绵应用于腭裂整复术的疗效。方法:随机将62例患者分为两组,其中34例使用EC胶+明胶海绵填塞腭裂松弛切口患者为观察组,28例使用碘仿纱条填塞腭裂松弛切口患者为对照组。观察两组患者术后体温、体重变化、创口愈合情况、饮食情况以及并发症的情况。结果:EC胶+明胶海绵组较对照组术后体重下降少,创口愈合快,正常饮食恢复早,两组体温变化及创口出血等并发症无明显差异。结论:在腭裂松弛切口应用EC胶+明胶海绵较用碘仿纱条效果好,安全可靠。Objective To observe the effect of EC Glue and Glutin sponge in reparation of cleft palate. Methods 62 patients were divided into two groups, one with 34 using EC Glue + Glutin sponge as experimental group and the other with 28 using lodoform gauze as control group, the temperature, the vomit, the body weight loss, the wound healing and diet were observed and the complication recorded. Results Compared with control group, the body weight loss and vomit decreased, the wound healing were advanced, normal diet returned faster in experimental group, In view of temperature and complication, There existed no significance between the groups. Conclusion The relief incision with EC Glue + Glutin sponge in palatoplasty is beneficial to the patients.
