摘　　要：波峰焊接中锡渣的产生，不仅消耗成本，而且影响焊接质量。本文通过对波峰焊锡渣形成的机理分析，针对生产现状，提出了控制波峰焊出渣量可从设备、焊料和工艺等多方面所采取的改进措施。The generation of dioxide components in the soldering oven not only increase cost, but also decease the soldering quality. This paper analyzes the generation of dioxide components, and further put forth that the generation could be improved in many ways.
