摘  要:目的 采用Tc 99mMDP骨显像法研究兔眼眶内植入羟基磷灰石 (hydroxyap atite,HA)义眼台纤维血管化完成的自然进程 ,探讨义眼台纤维血管化显像特点和规律。方法 取 30只新西兰大白兔左眼实施HA义眼台眼眶内植入术 ,义眼台直径 12mm。术后第 1、2、3、4、6、8周 ,采用Tc 99mMDP骨显像技术检查手术眼与自体对侧非手术眼义眼台相同感兴趣区放射性平均计数比值 (L/R) ;术后第 8周取出义眼台行病理检查。结果 术后第 1~ 4周 ,L/R比值依次增加 ,各周L/R均数间比较差异有显著性意义 (F =74 91,P =0 .0 0 0 )。术后第 4周与第 6周比较 ,差异无显著性意义 (P =0 .2 4 ) ,第 4周与第 8周比较 ,差异也无显著性意义 (P =0 .5 1)。术后第 8周病理检查显示 ,全部义眼台完全纤维血管化。结论 Tc 99mMDP骨显像法能反映眶内植入羟基磷灰石义眼台纤维血管化过程 ,研究人眼眶内植入羟基磷灰石义眼台TcObjective To investigate the characteristic of Tc 99m MDP bone imaging in rabbits hydroxyapatite(HA) orbital implants and explore the relation between the imaging and the vascularization of the orbital implants.Methods HA orbital implants were implanted into 30 New Zealand white rabbits' left orbits with the same surgery procedure. At 1 week,2,3, 4, 6 and 8 weeks postoperatively, the average radioactive counts of both orbits in the same animal were measured, and the L/R ratios were calculated. At 8 weeks, implants were extracted and examined histopathologically.Results Before the 4th week, the average L/R ratios of the HA orbital implants added up weekly( F =74.91 , P =0.000),while the average L/R ratios of the 6th week( P =0.24)and the 8th week( P =0 94) were not higher than that of the 4th week. All the HA orbital implants had accomplished fibrovascularization at the 8th week.Conclusion The characteristic of Tc 99m MDP bone imaging in rabbits HA orbital implants has close relation to its fibrovascularization progress, Tc 99m MDP bone imaging may help surgeons in prospecting the peg drilling time.
