摘 要:目的 :研究热压铸瓷冠的厚度对后牙全瓷冠抗碎裂载荷的影响 ,为临床基牙预备时提供参考。方法 :72颗拔除无龋坏磨牙分为 3组 ,进行标准基牙预备 ,轴面聚合角 5° ,肩台宽 ( 1.0± 0 .1)mm ,制成厚度分别为1.0、1.5、 2 .0mm的Cerinate ,Ips Empress ,Optec OPC热压铸瓷冠 ,以光固化树脂粘结于牙体上 ,垂直加压于全冠直至碎裂。经one wayANOVA统计分析各实验组。结果 :同一厚度下不同品牌热压铸瓷冠无显著差异 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,厚度为 1.0mm时与 1.5 ,2 .0mm比较存在显著差异 (P <0 .0 1) ,厚度为 1.5mm与 2 .0mm比较无显著差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 :在临床基牙预备时为确保后牙全冠的强度 ,后牙热压铸全瓷冠厚度应达到 1.5~ 2 .Objective: To study the effect of different thickness on the fracture resistance of hot pressable ceramic molar crowns. Methods:72 extracted human molars were prepared and were divided into 3 groups .The hot pressable ceramic crowns were prepared by Cerinate,Optec- OPC and Ips-Empress hot pressable ceramic systems with the thickness of 1.0, 1.5 and 2.0 mm for each system respectively. Crowns were cemented onto the teeth with resin cement in combination with dentin bonding agent. Specimens were loaded with compression to failure. Failure loads were analyzed by one-way ANOVA. Results: No difference was found in the failure load values among the crowns with the same thickmess prepared with the 3 systems,Heigher failure load values were obtained from the crowns with the thickness of 1.5 mm or 2.0 mm (P>0.05) than those with that of 1.0 mm (P<0.01). Conclusion: The failure load of hot pressable ceramic crown prepared with cerinate,Optec-OPC or Ips-Empress systems is not affected when the ceramic thickness is more than 1.5~2.0 mm.
