摘　　要：目的 :评价氪黄激光治疗中心性渗出性脉络膜视网膜病变 (centralexudativechorioretinphathy ,CECR)的临床效果。方法 :应用美国HGM公司氪黄激光治疗中心性渗出性脉络膜视网膜病变活动期病灶 3 8例 (3 8眼 ) ,并分别于治疗后 1、 3、 6、12月眼底荧光血管造影复查。结果 :3 8例中 3 6例患者一次性光凝治愈 ,新生血管膜消失 ,随访无复发。其中 2 2例视力提高 2～ 6行 ;14例保持原有视力 ;2例视力下降 ,治愈率达 94 70 %。结论 :氪黄激光治疗中心性渗出性脉络膜视网膜病变 ,是一种安全有效、简便经济的治疗方法。Objective: To evaluate the clinical effects of krypton yellow laser photocoagulation for central exudative chorioretinopathy (CECR). Methods: 38 patients (38 eyes) with CECR were treated with krypton yellow laser photocoagulation.After photocoagulation,the fundus fluorescent angiography (FFA) was taken for each patient at 1,3,6 and 12 months separately. Results: 36 cases were cured by single treatment,the neovascular membranes were disappeared,and no recurrence.The vision in 22 patients was increased in different extent,in 14 patients was no changed,and in 2 patients was descending.The cure rate was 94.7%. Conclusions: Krypton yellow laser is a safe and effective method for treatment of CECR.
