彩色多普勒超声引导下外周型肺占位病变自动穿刺活检的临床研究

摘　　要：目的　探讨彩色多普勒超声引导下外周型肺占位病变自动穿刺活检的成功率、并发症和临床价值。方法　应用内槽切割式自动活检装置 ,在彩色多普勒超声引导下对 5 4例经 X线及 CT等影像学检查并为超声显示的外周型肺占位病变患者进行穿刺活检。结果　穿刺成功率 1 0 0 %,经与手术切除后病理结果对照 ,组织病理学符合率 92 .5 %。结论　该方法具有操作简便 ,成功率高 ,并发症少 ,安全准确无 X线损伤 ,值得广泛推广。Objective To determine the successful rate,complications and clinical value of automatic biopsy with CDFI guided peripheral type of lung space occupying lesions.Methods Fifty four patients who were diagnosed as peripheral type of lung space occupying lesions by X ray and CT examination underwent automatic spring loaded inner trough biospy device with color Doppler flow imaging guidance.Results The successful biopsy rate was 100%.Pathological correspondant rate was 92 5% before and affter operation.Conclusions This device and method is easy to perform with high successful rate,low occurrance of complications,safety and no X ray injury. Therefore,it is worth to be widely used.
