摘　　要：目的 :探讨肝癌患者手术及化疗前后血清TGF α水平的变化及临床意义。方法 :采用免疫放射法检测 2 0例正常对照者和 6 1例肝癌患者手术及化疗前后血清TGF α水平 ,并进行比较分析。结果 :肝癌患者血清TGF α水平明显高于正常对照者 ,Ⅲ期肝癌患者血清TGF α水平明显高于Ⅰ～Ⅱ期 (P<0 .0 1) ;肝癌手术后或有效化疗后血清TGF α水平明显降低 (P <0 .0 1) ;肝癌术后血清TGF α水平高于正常者 ,1年复发率明显增高 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :血清TGF α与肝癌的发生、发展密切相关 。Objective:To evaluate the clinical significance of serum TGF α changes in hepatocellular carcinoma patients(HCC) before and after operation or chemotherapy.Methods:The serum levels of TGF α in 61 cases of HCC before and after operation or chemotherapy and 20 nromal controls were measured by Radioimmunoassay,and compared by analysis.Results:The serum levels of TGF α in HCC group were higher than those in control group,and those in stage Ⅲ were higher than in stage Ⅰ～Ⅱ(P<0.01).The levels of TGF α reduced markably after operation or chemotherapy (P<0.01).One year recurrence rate in HCC of high serum TGF α rose markedly(P<0.01).Conclusion:The serum TGF α may be correlated with the occurrence and progress of HCC,and used as a mark of judging curative effect and prognostic significance in HCC patients.
