集束电极射频热凝固治疗前后肺癌的螺旋CT影像动态分析

摘　　要：目的 :探讨集束电极射频热凝固 (RFA)治疗前后肺癌的CT影像变化。方法 :对CT引导下经皮肺穿刺插入多弹头射频电极行热凝固治疗。对经病理证实的 37例 5 6个病灶进行术前及术后 30min、 1个或 3个月后的CT分析。结果 :治疗后30min ,36个病灶密度减低 ,11个增高 ,9个无改变 ;治疗后 1个或 3个月 ,单点治疗组中 2 9个病灶缩小 ,4个消失 ,多点治疗组中 9个病灶增大 ,3个缩小 ,11个无改变。全部靶病灶中 ,2 6个病灶合并空洞。并发症 :气胸、胸水及肺炎等。结论Objective:To discuss the change of the CT appearances of lung neoplasm before and after cluster electrode radio frequency ablation(RFA).Methods: CT scan and enhanced scan were performed in 56 lesions of 37 cases with lung neoplasm and all the patients were approved by pathology and were analyzed before and after RFA. Results:Thirty minutes after RFA,36 lesions appeared density-lessened.One or 3 months after RFA,29 lesions were decreased,4 lesions were disappeared in single-cured group.Nine lesions were increased,3 lesions were decreased,11 lesions had no change in multi-cured group.Twenty-six lesions appeared cavities.The complications included pneumonia, pleural effusion or pneumothorax et al.Conclusion:The spiral CT scan that can effectively evaluate the effects of lung neoplasm by RFA has a high value clinically.
