摘　　要：目的:探索一种简便、安全、有效的下颌角肥大整形术。方法:根据下颌角肥大,是否伴有咬肌肥大、面颊部肥胖等因素,采用局麻、口外切口,分别进行下颌角截骨、切除部分咬肌、面部吸脂等治疗。结果:1998年5月-2002年1月,共收治下颌角肥大患者22例,随访1-4年,面形均获得改善,效果满意。结论:该术式方法简单,操作方便,门诊即可进行,是一种安全有效的美容手术。Objective: To introduce a simple, safe technique for mandibular angle reduction plasty. Methods: According to prominent mandibular angle with or without hypertrophic masseters and buccal fat accumulation, one or more precedures including mandibular angle osteoectomy, masseters partically resection and bucal fat aspiration were performed through an outside -mouth incision by regional anesthesia. Results: 22 subjects were treated using our technique from May, 1998 to January, 2002, postoperation follow -up to all of them showed excellent effect. Conclusion:Our technique is a simple and safe method of mandibular angle reduction -plasty, especially for outpatients.
