摘  要:目的 :探讨血管瘤与内皮素 1 (ET - 1 )、一氧化氮 (NO)和细胞间粘附分子 1 (ICAM - 1 )等血管内皮细胞活性因子的相互关系。方法 :选择 6 0例血管瘤患者 ,手术切除瘤体组织和周围少量正常组织 ,行HE染色 ,分为血管瘤增殖期和退化期两实验组。采用放射免疫分析检测血管瘤体和正常组织内ET - 1 ,采用酶联免疫分析检测细胞间粘附分子 1 (ICAM - 1 ) ,采用Geriss法检测血浆NO水平。结果 :增殖期血管瘤较周围正常组织高水平表达ET - 1和ICAM - 1 ,低水平表达NO。退化期血管瘤瘤体ET - 1、ICAM - 1和NO水平同周围正常组织无明显改变。结论 :血管瘤的发生发展同血管内皮细胞活性因子密切相关 ,ET - 1、ICAM - 1和NO等血管活性因子的检测有助于血管瘤发病机制的探讨。Objective To investigate the relationship between the development of hemangioma and the expression of the vascular endothelial active factors Endothelin-1 (ET-1), Nitric oxide (NO) and Intercellular adhesion molecule-1 (ICAM-1). Methods The hemangioma proper with some adjacent normal tissue were excised in 60 patients and were pathologically identified as of two groups: proliferative phase and involution phase. The contents of ET-1, ICAM-1 and NO in the hemangioma proper and surrounding normal tissue were determined with RIA, ELISA and Griss method respectively. Results Hemangioumas of the proliferative phase had higher contents of ET-1, ICAM-1 and lower contents of NO than those in the normal tissue ( p <0 05). In the involution phase, there were no significant differences. Conclusion The vascular endothelial active factors plasyed important roles in the development of hemangiomas.
