摘　　要：阐述了国内MOEMS光开关的研制现状,列举了国内正在研制的各种MOEMS光开关的结构和性能参数,并且分析了影响光开关性能的各种因素。Abstract In all optical network (AON), an important application of micro-opto-electro-mechanical systems (MOEMS) is in an optical cross connect (OXC) system. Compared with optical switches based on other technologies, the MOEMS optical switch has lower cross talk and lower insertion loss, so it becomes a key optical device in AON. In this paper, the structure of the optical switches being researched in China, and present their various parameter of performance is reviewed. In addition, some factors affecting the performance of optical switches are analyzed.
