摘 要:目的 观察石菖蒲及其成分对幼鼠电刺激反应性和电致惊厥阈的影响 ,以阐明石菖蒲及其成分抗儿童癫痫的有效性。方法 将 70只 3周龄 Wister幼鼠随机分为灌胃组和腹腔注射组 ,灌胃组于用药前后 5 d,腹腔注射组于用药前后 1h分别给予电刺激 ,观测电刺激反应性和电致惊厥阈。结果 石菖蒲及其成分 α-细辛醚能提高电刺激反应性和电致惊厥阈 ,治疗前各组无显著差异 (P>0 .0 5 ) ,治疗后与对照组比较均有显著差异 (P<0 .0 5 )。石菖蒲与 α-细辛醚治疗前后各组比较无显著差异 (P>0 .0 5 )。结论 (1)石菖蒲及 α-细辛醚能提高幼鼠电刺激反应性和电致惊厥阈 ,有较好的抗癫痫作用。石菖蒲与 α-细辛醚的疗效一致。 (2 ) α-细辛醚是石菖蒲抗癫痫的主要有效成分之一 ,值得进一步研究。Objective To explore the effects of acrous gramimeus and its constituent on the reactivity and convulsive threthold induced by electric stimulation in immature rats, furthermore,attempt to interpret the antiepileptic efficacy of acrous gramimeus and its constituent.Methods All 70 Wister rats aged 3 weeks were divided randomly into oral group and intraperitoneal injection group.Electric stimulation was given to oral group before and after administration 5 days and injection group 1 hour before and after injection,respectively.The electric reactivity and convulsive threthold were then measured.Result Acrous gramimeus and its constituent,α-asarone,as well as phenobarbital increased electric reactivity and convulsive threthold in immature rats.There were significant differences to compare to other groups.Conclusions (1)acrous gramimeus and its constituent,α-asarone substantially expresses antiepileptic activity.(2)α-asarone is one of the main utility component in acrous gramimeus,to be worth of researching further.
