摘　　要：教育改革 ,教学研究为先导 ,为了促进教育研究 ,提高教育研究质量 ,作者结合多年工作经验 ,针对当前教育研究中的时弊 ,从理论与实践两个方面进一步论述了开展教育研究的重要建议 ,并对怎样开展研究和如何撰写教育研究论文 ,提高研究质量 ,提出了具体的操作思路。Teaching research is the precursor of educational reform.In order to further educational research and improve its quality,the authors,in the light of their years of work experience and to counter the ills in the current educational research,further expounds the significance of educational research and also suggests some concrete operating methcds as to how to do,educational research,how to write educational papers and how to improve the quality of educational research.
