摘　　要：结合开放式数控系统对于系统互换性、可伸缩性、可移植性、互操作性和可扩展性的需求 ,提出了一种基于SERCOS接口的开放式PC型运动控制器的体系结构 ,构建了它的软硬件平台。此结构采用插在计算机中被动式SERCOS接口卡来实现对驱动器和I/O站的控制 ,省去了专用的CNC卡和PLC卡 ,从而简化了系统的硬件结构 ,使得控制系统的主控功能软件化 ,有利于软件模块的重用和扩充。在控制系统软件的实现方法上 ,采用Win32进程非实时任务 ,RTX进程管理实时任务 ,两个进程之间的数据交换通过共享内存来完成。To meet the requirements of development on open architecture NC system technology for interchangeability, scalability, portability, interoperability and expandability, a new kind of architecture of the opening motion PC controller based on SERCOS was presented. The software and hardware platforms of the controller were constructed, in which the control of drive and I/O station was achieved by a passive SERCOS card that was plugged in the computer. Special CNC board and PLC board were not needed any more in the architecture, so that the system hardware was simplified and its main control functions was achieved by the software modules. Also, it took the advantages of reusing and extending the software modules more easy. Applying software on control system, two processes were used, Win32 process manages off-line tasks and RTX process manages on-line tasks. Data exchange between two processes were carried out by shared memory. Finally traditional NC functions are realized and operations on rolling cut machine are implemented by using opening motion PC controller.
