516例眼部血管瘤的临床病理分析

摘　　要：目的　分析眼部血管瘤的临床及其病理学分类。方法　采用石蜡切片、HE染色、组织化学染色等方法 ,对 195 8～ 2 0 0 0年经本院确诊及手术治疗的 5 16例眼部血管瘤标本进行HE和组织化学染色 ,并对其临床表现、病理特点进行回顾性分析。结果　海绵状血管瘤 2 3 7例 ( 45 9% ) ,静脉性血管瘤 113例 ( 2 1 9% ) ,毛细血管瘤 60例 ( 11 6% ) ,血管平滑肌瘤 42例 ( 8 1% ) ,血管平滑肌肉瘤 1例 ( 0 2 % ) ,血管内皮瘤 18例 ( 3 5 % ) ,淋巴管血管瘤 2 9例 ( 5 6% ) ,血管外皮瘤 4例( 0 8% ) ,血管外皮肉瘤 1例 ( 0 2 % ) ,混合性血管瘤 5例 ( 1 0 % ) ,血管内皮肉瘤 6例 ( 1 2 % )。结论　海绵状血管瘤为眼部最常见的血管瘤。Objective 516 cases of hemangioma in our files in the eyes were reappraised clinicopathologically.Methods Diagnostic pathologic slides on file including HE stins and histochemical stains.Results Cavernous hemangioma 237 cases(45 9%);Venous hemangioma 113 cases(21 9%);Capillary hemangioma 50 cases(11 6%);alignant angioendothelioma 6 cases(1 2%);Angioleiomyoma 42 cases(8 1%);malignant Angioleiomyoma 1 cases(0 2%);Hemangiendothelioma 18 cases(3 5%);Ltnogigenabguina 29 cases (5 6%);Hemangiopericytoma 4 cases(0 8%);malignant Hemangiopericytoma 1 cases(0 2%);Mixed hemangioma 5 cases(1 0%).Conclusions Cavernous hemangioma is the most common hemangioma in eye.Different type of hemangioma has different clinicopathological character.
