全铸瓷高嵌体修复后牙缺损疗效评价

摘　　要：目的　评价全铸瓷高嵌体修复后牙缺损的疗效。方法　选择牙体缺损较大或经过完善牙髓治疗的后牙 5 6颗 ,用全铸瓷高嵌体进行牙体修复和牙尖保护 ,追踪观察 1～ 2年 ,进行疗效评价。结果　牙体、修复体完整率达 94 .7% ,边缘密合良好达 86 .9% ,牙体外形、色泽及其邻面接触关系恢复良好 ,仅 1例有继发龋。结论　全铸瓷高嵌体是后牙牙体缺损、牙体折断的可靠修复方法。Objective To evaluate the application and protective function of all-ceramic onlay to the defect of permanent premolars and molars teeth. Methods 56 back teeth, which were defect in large area and/or wholly treated, were restored and protected by all-ceramic onlay and then clinical evaluated by improved USPHS criterion in 1 to 2years. Results The integrity rate of teeth body and restoration was 94.7%, the adherence rate of edge was 86.9%,the shape ,colour of teeth body and connection of neighbour side renewed well. Conclusion All-ceramic onlay is an ideal and reliable restoration method for teeth body restoration and protection.
