摘　　要：本文讨论“V向……”和“V往……”这两种格式在V的选择、“V向”和“V往”的后续成分以及它们与宾语的语义关系等方面的差异 ,指出“向”主要是引出V的方向 ,而“往”则是引出V的方向兼终点。This paper discusses the differences between 'V+xiang(向)' and 'V+wang(往)' in following aspects: verb selections; constituents following them; and semantic meanings of their objects. It is held that 'xiang(向)' in 'V+xiang(向)......' marks the direction of the verb , and 'wang(往)' in 'V+wang(往)......' marks the goal and direction of the verb semantically.
