固本消瘤胶囊治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的远期疗效观察

摘　　要：为观察固本消瘤胶囊治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌 (NSCLC)的远期疗效 ,198例晚期NSCLC患者随机分为固本消瘤胶囊加化疗组 (5 4例 )、固本消瘤胶囊组 (96例 )、化疗组 (4 8例 ) ,并给予相应的治疗。结果 :中位生存期中药加化疗组为 12个月 ,中药组为 15个月 ,化疗组为 9个月。治疗后 1年、2年及 3年生存率分别为 ,中药加化疗组5 7 4 %、11 1%及 3 7% ,中药组 6 7 7%、9 4 %及 3 1% ,单纯化疗组 39 6 %、4 2 %及 0。生存率检验显示中药加化疗以及单纯中药治疗的患者远期生存均优于单纯化疗组 (P <0 0 5 )。提示固本消瘤胶囊对晚期NSCLC患者的生存有益。To observe the long-term effects of 'Guben Xiaoliu Capsule' in the treatment of non-small cell lung carcinoma (NSCLC), 198 subjects were randomized into three groups: group A in which 54 cases were treated by the Capsule and chemotherapy, group B in which 96 cases were treated by the Capsule and group C in which 48 cases were treated by chemotherapy. Results: The median survival period was 12 months in group A, 15 months in group B and 9 months in group C; 1-year, 2-year and 3-year survival rates were 57.4%, 11.1% and 3.7% in group A, 67.7%, 9.38% and 3.13% in group B, 39.6%, 4.17% and 0, with higher survival rates in groups A and B than group C (P<0.05). It is suggested that this Capsule has positive effects on NSCLC.
