摘 要:随着社会的进步和经济的发展,多品种、小批量的生产类型已占主导地位,具有元件全部标准化的高柔性组合夹具已成为制造系统的必备辅助手段.将CAD和人工智能技术引入组合夹具设计中,可以提高生产效率、减轻劳动强度、缩短生产准备周期和加快产品上市时间.本文首先概括介绍了组合夹具计算机辅助设计的发展情况,然后主要对本课题组研制的智能型组合夹具计算机辅助组装系统的结构及其功能进行了介绍.Nowadays, production with large variety and small batch has become a main style. More flexible modular fixtures, which can be disassembled after processing a batch of parts and reused for new parts, are largely used in industry. Introducing CAD and artificial intelligence technology into modular fixture design can improve production efficiency, lighten working intensity, reduce manufacturing lead-time and marketing time. This paper firstly introduces the development of computer aided modular fixture design, and then presents the architecture of intelligent computer aided modular fixture design system developed by us. The intelligence module in system is mainly introduced.
