摘　　要：通过对以人为本管理思想的思考,旨在启示广大管理工作者要牢固树立人才是第一资源和以人为本、让人本管理统领组织的一切的观念,为实现全面建设小康社会的宏伟目标提供坚实的人才保证和智力支持。By thinking of the human-oriented management,the author aims at inspiring the vast number of administrators to establish the concept that talent is the most important resource, the thought of human-oriented management,and the idea that the human-oriented management leads all organizations,in order to provide a solid talent assurance and intellectual support for the objectives of building a well-off society in an all-round way.
