摘　　要：从分析测试热像仪性能参数 MRTD的主观方法入手 ,提出了一种基于神经网络用面阵 CCD测量 MRTD的客观方法。介绍客观测量系统的理论框架、设计方案和测试过程 ,并对其技术难点进行了讨论。Proceeding from the analysis of subjective method of MRTD measurement, an objective method of MRTD measurement, based on Artificial Neural Network and planar CCD, is proposed. The theories frame, design project and test process of the objective measurement system are introduced and the technical problems are discussed in this paper.
