摘  要:目的:研究鸟氨酸脱羧酶(ornithine decarboxylase,ODC)在脑胶质瘤中的基因表达,以了解脑胶质瘤中多胺代谢及ODCmRNA表达的临床意义。方法:采用RT-PCR检测30例脑胶质瘤及其邻近正常脑组织手术标本中的ODCmRNA表达情况,采用配对样本t检验及Spearman等级相关分析对实验结果进行统计学处理。结果:脑胶质瘤组织ODCmRNA扫描值较正常脑组织明显升高(P<0.0001)。肿瘤组织ODCmRNA表达与肿瘤分级之间无显著相关性(P>0.05)。结论:ODC基因表达增强在脑胶质瘤的发生、发展中起重要作用。Objective:To investigate the gene expression of ornithine decarboxylase(ODC)in glioma,and study the clincal significance of polyamine metabolism and ODCmRNA expression in glioma.Methods:The expression of the ODCmRNA was measured in a series of 30 human brain gliomas dissected from cerebrostomy specimens.By using RT-PCR technique,nontumor tissue was dis- sected from benign areas of the paritumorous non-neoplastic brain tissue.The experiment result was tested by pair-matching t-test and Spearman rank correlation analysis.Results:The result of RT-PCR showed that the ODC expression of the glioma tissue was significantly higher than that of the normal brain tissue(P<0.000 1).Spearman rank correlation analysis showed no significant correlation between the ODCmRNA of glioma tissue and the grade of malignancy of the glioma.Conclusion:The up-regu- lation of the ODC gene expression may play an important role in the occurrence and progression of glioma.
