摘 要:目的:测试两种低贵金属合金(BS-1金合金和BS-1银合金)的铸流率,比较不同包埋料和铸造方法对合金铸流率的影响。方法:制作网状试件,分别用两种包埋料(F-1和F-2)包埋,运用高频离心和空气-煤气弹簧离心法铸造,直接法计算两种合金的铸流率(Cv)。结果:BS-1金合金和BS-1银合金网状试件的Cv值均大于95%,F-1和F-2包埋料对BS-1金合金、BS-1银合金铸流率的影响无统计学差别(P>0.05),两种铸造方法对其铸流率无明显影响(P>0.05)。结论:BS-1金合金和BS-1银合金具有较高的铸流率,且不受包埋料(F-1和F-2包埋料)和铸造方法(高频离心铸造和空气-煤气弹簧离心铸造)的影响。Objective:To investigate the castability of two kinds of low-golden casting alloys (BS-1 golden alloy and BS-1 silver alloy).Methods:The castability of two kinds of alloys was direct- ly calculated by using polypropylene.The effects of two casting methods and two kinds of alloys on the castability were compared.Results:The castability values of both BS-1 golden alloy and BS-1 silver alloy were over 95%.There was no significant difference between F-1 investment and F-2 investment or BS-1 golden alloy and BS-1 silver alloy(P>0.05).The two casting methods had no effect on the castability.Conclusion:BS-1 golden alloy and BS-1 silver alloy have a high castability,and both the investing method and the casting method have no effect on the castability.
