摘　　要：目的:探讨Harada-Ito术式的手术效果和优点。方法:11例单侧上斜肌麻痹患者术前原在位无明显垂直斜视,有明显的旋转斜视,对其行Harada-Ito术式。结果:所有患者做Harada-Ito术式后代偿头位均明显改善,歪头在10°之内。术后双眼向下注视位的内斜均明显好转。1例上斜肌止端异常的患儿术后出现下斜肌功能轻度减弱(-1),其余均未出现医源性Brown腱鞘综合征。结论:Harada-Ito术式手术效果显著,明显矫正旋转斜视和内斜视,不出现医源性Brown腱鞘综合征。Objective:To explore the surgery effects and advantages of Harada-Ito procedure Methods:Harada-Ito procedure was used to treat 11 cases of unilateral superior oblique muscle palsy with no obvious vertical deviation and with marked torsion deficit.Results:The head tilt of all 11 cases was improved markedly within 10°head tilt to straight and the eso shift of all patients from pri- mary to down gaze improved greatly after operation.No iatrogenic Brown tendon sheath syndrome co- curred in all patients.Concluison:Harada-Ito procedure markedly improves head tilt by correcting tor- sion denficits and esotropia,and does not produce iatrogenic Brown tendon sheath syndrome.
