摘  要:针对耐候钢出现的边裂问题进行了讨论 ,认为Cu的加入、加热温度以及板坯在加热炉中的停留时间是造成边裂的主要原因 ,N的增加使耐候钢强度明显提高 ,但塑性、冲击韧性以及冷冲压性能降低。同时讨论了耐候钢在时效前后性能的变化特征。The edge cracking problem of corrosion steel is discussed, the copper addition and the strips staying time in the heating furnace are considered the key factors for the edge cracking, that the strength of the strip is obviously increased with increase of the content of nitrogen, but its ductility, plasticity and cold ductility are decreased is pointed out. And also the comparison of property before and after aging is made in the paper.
