中药益安回生口服液与可乐定治疗阿片类戒断症状的临床对照研究

摘　　要：目的:研究益安回生口服液(复方中草药制剂)控制阿片类戒断症状的疗效。方法:对99例海洛因依赖者服用中药益安回生口服液与可乐定治疗10天以对比二者抗阿片类戒断症状的作用强度。结果:中药益安回生口服液可控制常见的戒断症状,服用益安回生口服液组戒断症状强度逐日递减的总分优于可乐定组,副作用作用有视物模糊、口干、全身发热、恶心、呕吐等。结论:益安回生口服液能有效控制阿片依赖戒断症状。Objective: To determine the effect of Yi An Decoctin on the opium withdrawal syndrome. Methods: After 99 heroin addicts had been treated with TCM complex Yi An Decoction or clonidine for 10 days, we compared the effect intensity between the two drugs. Results: The results indicated that the Yi An Decoction could control the ordinary withdrawal syndrome. The degressive scores of withdrawal syndrome intensity of the TCM group was more than the clonidine group. The side effects of the decoction were blurring of vision, stomia,fever,nausea and vomit and so on. Conclusion: The Yi An Decoction might effectively control the withdrawal symptoms of opium addicts.
