摘　　要：党的十六大明确提出新型工业化的发展模式和要求 ,重庆必须突出重点 ,推动工业生产从粗放型向集约型、外延式向内涵式、政府主导型向市场引导型转变。为此 ,对重庆市 39个区 (市 )县工业竞争力采用定性与定量相结合的方法进行实证分析 ,得出二元经济结构层面下的重庆区域工业经济的发展态势 ,划分出若干工业竞争力集团 。According to the mode and the demand of the new type of industrialization, this paper gives a qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis on the competition of industry in 39 districts of Chongqing, and finds out the development of economic situation of territorial industry with dualistic economic structure, then marks off some groups about the competition of industry, and proposes countermeasures of optimizing the competition of territorial industry.
