螺旋CT泛影葡胺灌肠对结肠癌的诊断价值

摘　　要：目的 :评价螺旋CT结合 2 %泛影葡胺灌肠对结肠癌的诊断价值。方法 :65例结肠癌患者用 2 %泛影葡胺灌肠后行CT扫描 ,并与术后病理对照分析。结果 :结肠癌病灶术前诊断准确率为 10 0 %,术前分期与手术符合率为 89.2 %。结论 :螺旋CT结合 2Objective:To assess the diagnostic value of MSCT meglumine diatrizoate enema in diagnosis of carcinoma of colon.Methods:Sixty five patients of colon carcinoma underwent MSCT scan after 2% meglumine diatrizoate enema. An analysis was done in comparison with the postoperative pathology.Results:The pre operative diagnostic accuracy was 100%.Compared with Dukes classification,CT diagnosis was correct in 89.2% of the patients.Conclusion:MSCT scan combined with 2% meglumine diatrizoate enema has great value in diagnosis of colon carcinoma.
