摘　　要：目的 :总结肠瘘患者临床治疗的护理经验。方法 :为肠瘘患者 34例充分引流 ,控制感染 ,联合应用肠内、肠外营养支持 ,选择性应用生长抑素、生长激素治疗 ,并予以有效的护理。结果 :34例住院时间 4 8～ 12 0d ,平均 90d ,治愈 2 6例 ,治愈率 76 4 %。结论 :经精心治疗与护理 ,提高了患者生活质量 ,缩短了住院时间 。Objective:To summarize the nursing experience of treatment and nurse the patients with intestinal fistula.Method:34 cases intestinal fistula were treated by sufficient drainage,controling infection,applying TPN and EN,applying growth hormone and growth inhibiting hormone selectively and providing effective nursing.Result:34 cases were hospitalized from 48 to 120 days.The average duration was 90 days,26 cases were cured.The cure rate was 76.4%.Conclusion:The patients' living quality is improved and the hospitalization duration are shortened.The cure effect is satisfactory.
