摘　　要：目的 :探讨健康教育对精神病患者亲属心理的影响。方法 :应用SCL - 90对首次住院的精神病患者 4 7个家庭中的 73人进行调查评定 ,并实施健康教育 ,2个月后再次评定 ,将结果与全国常模及健康教育实施前进行比较。结果 :SCL - 90评分中躯体化、抑郁、焦虑因子分与全国常模比较有明显差异 (P <0 0 1,P <0 0 5 ) ,健康教育实施前后差异亦有显著性 (P <0 0 1,P <0 0 5 )。结论 :精神病患者亲属存在一定程度的心理问题 。Objective:To explore for effect on psychotic patients' relative mood by health education.Method:73 person from 47 families of psychotic patients received measuring by SCL-90 and accepted health education;Remeasured in 2 months,compared with country norm.Result:There are significant differences in somatomization,depression,anxiety factor between norm(P<0.01),also significantly different between before and after health education(P<0.01).Conclusion:There are certain degree of psychological problems in psychotic patients relative health education is helpful for them.
