摘　　要：目的:分析唇腭裂患者牙槽裂植骨与改善鼻底塌陷畸形的关系。方法:对同一术者所行牙槽裂植骨术的单侧唇腭裂患者48例进行临床研究,结合X线片及面部正侧位照片探讨植骨成功与否与鼻底塌陷畸形改善的关系。结果:植骨成功组的患侧鼻底塌陷畸形的改善较未成功组有明显差异,明显高于未成功组。结论:牙槽裂植骨成功后患侧鼻底塌陷畸形可以得到明显改善。Objective To analyz e the relations hip between the treatments of alveolar cleft by bone g rafting and the contour improvement of the palate cleft patient's bas is nas i deformity.Metho ds A clinical analys is was performed in a g roup of48alveolar cleft patients who have received the s urg ery of bone g rafting to treat the alveolar cleft operated by one s urg eon.The connection between the s ucces s of the s urg ery and the contour improvement of bas is nas i s inking was als o dis cus s ed and evaluated on the bas is of the analys is of radiog raphs and rig ht/lateral photog raphy.Res ults There is apparent difference of the contour improvement of the patient's bas is nas i s inking between the s ucces s ful and uns ucces s ful g roup of the bone g rafting s urg ery.The improvement of s ucces s ful g roup is s uperior to the uns ucces s ful g roup.Co nclus io n the patients ' bas is nas i s inking could be apparently improved by the s ucces s ful s urg ery of bone g rafting to the alveolar cleft.
