达体朗与丙咪嗪治疗抑郁症对照研究

摘　　要：目的 :评价达体朗治疗抑郁症的临床疗效和安全性。方法 :对67例抑郁症病人随机分为两组 ,分别给予达体朗与丙咪嗪治疗6周。采用汉密尔顿抑郁量表 (HAMD)、汉密尔顿焦虑量表 (HAMA)评定疗效 ,用副反应量表 (TESS)评定不良反应。结果 :达体朗组有效率为85.29 %与丙咪嗪组比较差异无显著性 ;不良反应少而轻 ,安全性好。结论 :达体朗是一种有效的抗抑郁剂。Objective:To evaluate the efficacy and safety of tatinol in the treatment of depression.Methods:67patients with depression were randomly divided into the treatment groups of tatinol or imipramine for6weeks.HAMD and HAMA were adopted to evaluate the therapeutic effect.TESS was used to assess the side effects.Results:The effective rate in tatinol group was85.29%.No significant difference was found between the two groups.The adverse effects of tatinol were less and mild.Conclusion:Tatinol is an effective antidepressant in treating depression.
