摘　　要：应用ASP、Web交互技术设计和实现黑龙江省科技计划管理系统 ,详细说明了系统的设计原则、逻辑体系划分。The article describes the design and performance of Science and Technology Plan Management System of Heilongjiang Province (STPMS) applying ASP (Active Server Page) and Web interaction,details request analysis,design principles,logical architecture partition,design and development of the system.
