摘  要:目的 :观察不同治则方药对实验性血管性痴呆小鼠脑组织Glu、SOD、MDA的影响 ,探讨其作用机制。方法 :采用双侧颈总动脉反复夹闭并降血压法造成小鼠实验性血管性痴呆模型 ,检测脑组织中Glu、SOD、MDA浓度。结果 :各中药组可降低实验性血管性痴呆小鼠脑组织中谷氨酸 (Glu)含量 ,增强脑组织中超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)活性 ,降低丙二醛 (MDA)含量 ,其中益气补肾祛瘀化痰组降低MDA含量的作用最为显著。结论 :调节脑组织Glu含量 ,增强SOD活性 。Objective:To observe effects of various Chinese medicinal prescriptions on Glu、SOD、MDA in cerebral tissues in model mice with vascular dementia and explore their action mechanism. Method:The model of mice with vascular dementia was made by occluding bilateral carotid artery repeatedly and reducing blood pressure.The levels of cerebral Glu ,SOD, MDA were measured in all mice. Result:All prescriptions could decrease the level of Glu and MDA in mice brain and enhance SOD activity . Among them , the effect of reducing Glu's level in the group treated by invigorating qi and tonifying kidney , removing blood stasis and phlegm is the most prominent. Conclusion: The result of decreasing the level of Glu and MDA in mice brain and enhancing SOD activity may be one of the effective mechanisms of various traditional Chinese medicinal prescriptions on vascular dementia.
