摘　　要：CT增强扫描可评价胰腺坏死及受损伤程度 ,并有助于急性胰腺炎炎症进程分期 ,检出胰腺的坏死和局部并发症。CT严重性指数与胰腺炎病人局部并发症和死亡率的评价密切相关。Contrast material-enhanced computed tomography is used in addition to help evaluate local pancreatic morphology,the presence and extent of pancreatic necrosis,classify the lesion and display local complication.CT serious index is closely related with the local complication and mortality of the acute pancereatitis.
