摘 要:通过保护与反保护的方法,合成了PAMAM稠油原油污水高效破乳剂.探讨了原油废水的pH值、温度,以及不同PAMAM代数对稠油原油污水破乳效果的影响,结果表明,在温度为20℃,pH值的范围为4.8~10.57的条件下,4代PAMAM树形分子投加20 mg/L时,除油率达到96.9%.现场试验表明,PAMAM树形分子是一类性能优良的稠油原油污水破乳剂.A high-efficiency demulsifier, PAMAM, for dense oil-polluted water was synthesized with protect-unprotect method. The effects of the pH value and temperature of crude oil-polluted water as well as different generations of PAMAM on demulsification of dense oil-polluted water were studied, the result of which showed that under the conditions that temperature was 20 g,and the range of pH value was 4.8 ~ 10.57 and when the dosage of the tree molecule of PAMAM of generation 4.0 was 20 mg/L, the oil removal rate reached 96.9%. Site tests showed that the PAMAM of tree molecules is a kind of demulsifier with excellent performance for dense oil-polluted water.
