摘  要:目的 探讨海马突触重建及胶质增生与创伤性癫痫发病机制的关系。方法 应用铁离子杏仁体注射制作创伤性癫痫模型 ,免疫组化染色观察胶质纤维酸性蛋白 (GFAP)和突触生长蛋白 (p3 8)表达水平。结果 注入铁离子后 ,注射侧海马锥体细胞大量脱失 ,双侧海马组织各区均有胶质细胞增生 ,齿状回突触重建 ,这些变化持续到 3 0 d。结论 杏仁体注射铁离子后可继发引起海马组织的神经元脱失、反应性胶质细胞增生和异常的神经元放电环路 。ObjectiveTo investigate the relationship b etween gliosis and synaptic remodeling in the mechanisms of post-traumatic epil epsy. MethodsEpilepsy model of rat was made by injectin g into amygdaloid body with ferric chloride,and the changes of GFAP and synapto physin at different time after injection were detected with immunohistochemical staining. ResultsNeurons lost largely in stratum pyramid in the hippocampus of the side injected,gliosis and synaptic remodeling in both dentat e gyri were observed and up to 30 days after injecting iron. ConclusionThe injecting of iron into amygdaloid body can cause neuronal loss,reactive gliosis and abnor mal neuronal discharge circuit in both hippocampi. These may be the pathological elements of chronic spontaneous epilepsy.
