摘　　要：随着知识经济时代的来临,图书馆面临着极大的挑战,图书馆员必须改变现状,调整自己的知识结构,提高服务意识和综合素质,利用高新技术,更好地为读者服务。As the times of knowledge economy is approaching,libraries are facing great challenges. A Librarian has to change his present situation, readjust his own knowledge structure,enhance his service consciouseness and comprehensive quality, serve the readers in a superior way by using advanced high technology.
